Partnership with Envision Racing Formula E
Teijin Group and Envision Racing Formula E have agreed a multi-year sponsorship contract which will support the team's participation in the ABB FIA Formula E Championship.
Co-sponsorship of the All Japan High School Soccer Tournament
Since 1991, the Teijin Group has been a co-sponsor of the All Japan High School Soccer Tournament, in an effort to support amateur and youth sports.
JDFA (Japan Dream Football Association)
Teijin Polyester (Thailand) Limited (TPL) sponsors the Japan Dream Football Association (JDFA) since 2012. The JDFA is an organization set up in 2011 by Masao Kiba, the former captain of the Gamba Osaka professional soccer Team. By conducting football workshops and other activities in Southeast Asian countries, the JDFA aims to inspire children to pursue their dreams for the future, along withspurring the development of soccer in Japan and Asia.
Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art in Amsterdam
The Teijin Group sponsors the Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art in Amsterdam since 2007. The seamless white façade and canopy of the museum's renovated building which is favored with the name of "bathtub" uses enormous composite material made of the Teijin Group's Twaron para-aramid fiber and Tenax carbon fiber.
