The Teijin Group is committed to promoting "autonomous DX," where each employee views DX as their own responsibility and actively leverages digital technology and data in their own work.
We collect cases of such autonomous DX activities through project research and analysis. By identifying issues, we engage in DX activities using strategies such as DX talent development, information dissemination, technical support, and the acquisition and cross-functional deployment of cutting-edge technologies. This approach aims to further enhance outcomes and create a continuous cycle in our activities.

DX Promotion Structure

Within the Teijin Group, employees engage in DX initiatives under the guidance of their organizational leaders, while the DX Promotion Department supports commonly required functions. The DX Promotion Department aggregates the progress of each organization's initiatives through its designated DX point of contact, utilizing this information to formulate company-wide strategies.
