To realize its vision, the Teijin Group has formulated a DX talent development roadmap and DX talent career path for each uniquely defined DX talent category, aiming to create a state where the use of digital technology and data is commonplace.
Particular emphasis is placed on developing "business architects," who serve as the starting point for DX. Since fiscal year 2023, the Group has continuously implemented introductory DX education programs, which include the Literacy Course, Advanced Course, and Manager Course. We also launched intermediate DX education programs in fiscal year 2025 that are designed to cultivate DX specialists with more advanced expertise.
Beginning in fiscal year 2026, we will implement advanced DX education programs for business architects while also fully launching intermediate-to-advanced DX education programs for other talent categories, thereby enhancing corporate value through DX.
